How I Started:
Mine's a fairly common story around this community.
When I was little, ever since 1st Grade, I was the "fat kid".AS I grew, I continued to gain weight all through Grade School. Going into 8th grade I was up to nearly 220 lb. and very unhealthly, but during High School I did a complete turn around. I started to clean up my diet and exercise almost daily. Doing this I slowly lost the weight... all of it. By the end of Junior Year I was extremely depresed and extemely Anorexic, weighing only 115 lb. at 5'11". Over the summer I fought back from my eating disorder but was still very depressed, with little to really live for and no sense of accomlishment or self worth. Then at the beginning of Senior Year I rediscovered my love for Weight Lifting and from then on I was hooked.
Since then I've really gotten serious, and I'm constantly trying to learn everything I can about Training, Nutrition, and Supplements...basically anything I can do to continue to see improvements.
Why I Love It:
It gives me a reason to get up in the morning and fulfills my need for the sense of accomplishment that I'm so addicted to. Plus, it gives me something productive to do with my time, and like everyone I want to see improvement in myself.
How I Stay Motivated:
I want to see change.
BB Accomplishments:
None, I really just do this to look good and feel good about myself.

My only goal is to always be improving and never stop growing and learning about this great hobby we call Bodybuilding.
With that said, I'm currently aiming for 200 lb. as lean as possible. After I get there, then I'll decide what comes next.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 50 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
10%
