from my teen years on I have been amazed by the Arnolds, Zanes, Columbu's and Pulombo's of the sport....started-stopped many times throughout the years...
Why I Love It:
I love that it's totally individual... and yet there are so very many dedicated individuals that are willing to share in all aspects of the journey.
How I Stay Motivated:
I feed off IRON!! Anytime my wife comments on a change..... I'm pumped for days!! Sharing information with the wonderful community of friends here.
