Wife and I were going thru some rough times, it got me away from her and some alone time. Kept it up after she left.
Why I Love It:
I like seeing the difference in the pics. Watching my stats and numbers go up is nice too. Makes me feel good and it's a small piece of my life that I can control.

The goal of Phase 1 is to increase the volume (number of sets) each week. In addition to adding sets each week you should always strive to lift a greater load each workout.
