Workout Program:
Monday: Chest and Back, Abs, 300 cal of cardio at heart rate 120-130 (either treadmill or elliptical)
Tuesday: Arms, Abs, Cardio same as Monday
Wednesday: Shoulders and Legs, Abs, Cardio same as Monday
Thursday: Off
Friday: Repeat Monday
Saturday: Repeat Tuesday
Sunday: Repeat Wednesday

I added a day off during the week because I found that I was overtraining, getting tired and sore, and not allowing enough recovery time. Just another example of why I have to remind myself that I'm not 20 any more.
