Thanks for the positive comments. Your photos are a lot more imaginative than mine, mine are just boring routine shots. It's hard to think of something different or unique. (especially with no tattoos).

You are what you eat! Watching the diet and cardio, it's that simple. Have a great new year.

Good luck with reaching your goals. I would say stay active and make your workouts varied and fun, since you like a lot of different sports and outdoor activities.

If you're following a strict diet like I do your body will tell you once in a while it's time to really eat! There's some scientific explanation that I'm not really interested in. But anyway it's good to have days here and there when you go off your diet. No more than once a week though!

Thanks for the compliment. You have more courage than I ever would entering a BB contest. Good luck with future competitions!

Sesamin seems to help keep the body fat down. See what kind of feedback others have given it also.

You have to do enough cardio to keep your metabolism up even while you are dieting. For me that's about 300 or 400 calories of cardio per day.

You're looking good overall. You may need to increase the intensity of your training to make further progress.

About your back, it looks like you may have a mild lumbar scoliosis. You should ask your doctor to order a set of x rays called "scoliosis films" which the radiologist can use to measure the exact degree of curvature. Then in future years you will have something to compare to in case it gets worse (which is unlikely).
