It's a part of my life that I would not want to give up.
How I Stay Motivated:

Monday: Chest and Back, Abs, 300 cal of cardio at heart rate 120-130 (either treadmill or elliptical)
Tuesday: Arms, Abs, Cardio same as Monday
Wednesday: Shoulders and Legs, Abs, Cardio same as Monday
Thursday: Off
Friday: Repeat Monday
Saturday: Repeat Tuesday
Sunday: Repeat Wednesday
Excellent lean muscular physique. Also I have read your blog about answering someone's question about genetics being a factor for being a bodybuilder or not. You nailed that topic down perfectly. Genetics is no excuse for anyone not to take bodybuilding, exercise, and nutrition seriously.
Thanks.
