I was a short, weak, and skinny kid, and I decided I didn't want to be that way any more.

How I Stay Motivated:
I tell myself that it's a personal decision and a personal responsibility to stay fit and to eat right. If I want to take it to an extreme, well that's my choice. I'm not one of those 20 minutes three times a week people.
How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
No more than 30 to 60 seconds. I like to rotate between exercises to keep the rest time as short as possible. Monday: Chest and Back, Abs, 300 cal of cardio at heart rate 120-130 (either treadmill or elliptical)
Tuesday: Arms, Abs, Cardio same as Monday
Wednesday: Shoulders and Legs, Abs, Cardio same as Monday

I'm having problems with how the friends sections works ... contacts that don't appear, if a person leaves bodyspace you can't remove them, etc. It's causing lots of problems with my trying to maintain it so I'm just getting rid off all those connections and using the tried and true method of bookmarking your bodyspace URL to visit your profile to see how things are going with you.
