How I Started:
I've played sports since a very young age. I've always enjoyed being active and being outdoors. When I was in college I started hitting the gym. I still go from time to time:-)
Why I Love It:
I love to sweat and how my body feels sore after a tough workout.
How I Stay Motivated:
I get movitated and then unmotivated...and then motivated again.
I am extremely consistent :-)
I have to say yesterday was a good day (for a Monday). I dragged my ass outa bed in the a.m. despite all feelings of extreme exhuastion and slight bitterness at another day beginning just a tad bit too early than my internal clock would have preferred. I can't fool myself anymore...5 or 5 hours...
