i got fed up...no pun intended. fed up w/ using Lamaze techniques just to get up the stairs; fed up with dressing room meltdowns that drove me to tears; fed up with paying two gym memberships and not going. just plain fed up

my daughter whose closing hook is peace love and fried chicken but for me and me only does she say peace love and protein shake Mommy

Goal (Long):
i've always been a rather large girl/woman and thougth it impossible to get to a weight i would be proud of as well as a look i could sport in form fitting clothes. i also want to be like a poster girl for women like me, single mother with very active life where all focus is on chlid leaving very little time for self. i need to make a change a real change not just loose weight, been there done that gained it all back too. i need a life transformation total overhaul. i've given myself until my 48th birthday to reach my goal 70lbs lighter and a whole lot leaner. heck if they can do it on biggest looser why not me?

How's it going? I think I'm officially addicted... I have a woman to train with now, eh? Once I convinced her that she wouldn't bulk up and that she can lift heavy. She's stoked! I'm still having trouble believe I'm going to "see" results... I've always lost some inches but no real "weight" I know it's more the inches than pounds. But I have this nagging feeling that I can only lose sooo many inches and I'll just stay fat. Makes no sense. But it is what it is... LoL :D

thanks for your comment. i never know the whys or reasons, my fingers just type! our God is so amazing! and you are so loved! it is difficult to be single but i find comfort in knowing that my time that would be spent keeping a man happy can instead be spent doing Gods will and spreading His message!
I get Thursday off, but I will be working the rest of the week and possibly next weekend. I plan on riding my horse and taking a hike. Eating is secondary. No guest coming.
Worked 7 hours on Sat and 8 on Sun. My "me" time consisted of hitting the gym Friday night and Sunday after work. Got up to 330# for 12 reps on both hack squats and leg press yesterday!
