After i had my last child, i decided it was time for me to lose weight. I was pudgy as a teen and i grew tired of the fat jokes. I was so insecure with myself so i decided to get on the ball and lose the weight....
Why I Love It:
It increases my stamina and i am able to play and keep up with my children.
