Cardio....hmmmm, thougth I would switch it up started doing the treadmill running on their for a while. Think im going to start hitting up the track next but i still have the elliptical which is getting boring Im thinking i need a new solution. I do run ball a couple of games a week on the near by military base.Im still trying to get the abs to show up like on your end.
Actually i think the ripped fuel extreme is pretty good. Gives me energy and have dropped some lb's. Just looking for something to give the energy and control the appetite you know. Any good suggestions?
