How I Started:
I got started into bodybuilding by an old high school buddy in my senior year of high school and by a National Basketball coach from Canada.
Why I Love It:
I don't love it nor hate it, I just do it because I can.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated in my training goals by looking at pictures of males/females transformations, competition pictures and seeing my naked butt get tighter.LOL.

Cardio....hmmmm, thougth I would switch it up started doing the treadmill running on their for a while. Think im going to start hitting up the track next but i still have the elliptical which is getting boring Im thinking i need a new solution. I do run ball a couple of games a week on the near by military base.Im still trying to get the abs to show up like on your end.
Actually i think the ripped fuel extreme is pretty good. Gives me energy and have dropped some lb's. Just looking for something to give the energy and control the appetite you know. Any good suggestions?
Actually i havent taken any i stopped I might have to try another cycle of something, what that something is havent figured it out yet. What about you, you know or have any suggestions ?
