I do delts first because i want them to grow the most then chest because i work hard on chest but not to grow i have inplants so i focus on upper chest. this day i put mor energy into my tri's. I need them bigger. then back and bi's back i hit really hard so my bi's might not get its full work. three days on one day off so the first day of the split is lez hams and glutes prime, secondary quadz. next day delts and back, then tri's and bi's this will make up for back and bi's...

the link is Bodybuilding.com-Randy Herring- Reverse pyramid. I had a tummy tuck. Good luck it was bad no one was there to help me i even had my kids after a few days all by myself. I have no husband or bf.

Hi yeah it has helped alot for my upper body. I went from behind lat. raises 20lbs with dumbells to 30lbs and with cables 25lbs to 40lbs 8reps. What is tt??

Hi how is your week? training hard? big day on sat. not for me.. I got strong, do reverse pyramids its crazy i'm sore every day, before i wouldn't really get sore..

Hi, my week is good, busy so far. I'm sore every day because of my training. My kids like going to the kids club at the Gym. Do you bring yours? Where do you live? I live in grand terrace by riverside or san bernardino.

Thank you. The judges told me to do it so thats what my goals are. I have been doing reverse pyramids and superset except on chest and shoulders. I love getting in the gym and lifting those weights get me feeling like I'm Wonder Woman, My kids always tell people I'm a body builder and that i'm stronger then them, most of the time its guys.LOL. there 9 (xzias), 5 (selena) I'm doing it all by myself so i have to be tough.

wow thats a long time. I'm trying to build my delts alot. the judges said my upper body doesn't match my legz. any advise? Also after a show i fill out fast how do i stop that?
