Finish leaning down withion the next couple of months.
For the resat of the year I would like to work on my arms and my legs.
Goal (Long):
I am trying to overcome my genes when it comes to my arms and legs. I have had some difficulty putting mass on them. I am focusing on making gains in this area as this year's goal.
I would like go gain 5 Lbs of muscle this year.
The warm weather is approaching and the Summer season will be here before long. Not too much time to fine-tune as much as I can. This year I will be in better shape than last. My job back then made it very hard. So far I've made good progress and have leaned down quite a bit. I find it...
