Well it started 9th grade of my high school year. When i got to college i gained weight, now i'm wanting to lose that weight. And get stronger
Why I Love It:
Because it gives me a rush like no other. It makes me feel strong and powerful. It allows me to feel as if I can accomplish anything, and i know if i set my mind to it i know i can!!
How I Stay Motivated:
I look what I used to be, so I know I can do it. Then I look to the future and see how much healthier and happier i'll be when I reach my goals
BB Accomplishments:
Won my first bench press competition, really excited about that, and has gave me the confidence to go further!!

Goal (Long):
In high school I took weight lifting all four years by the first semester of my junior year right off the bat I could bench 160lb, and squat around 345lb. I was lean, and toned. I loved how I looked. I was confident and I felt as If I could take care of of myself if I needed to. My goal is to get back to there. I want to get back to only being 12 to 15% body fat and would love to enter into a power lifting contest. Or even a fitness contest. These two things have been secret dreams of mine for years. Now I would love to have the chance to live out those dreams.
Today i weighed in, and i seen that i gained 4 pounds,doesn't seem like much but when i have been working as hard as i have and trying to eat right it didn't make much sense. at first i took it kind of hard. But instead of getting down on myself like i used too, i decided to find out why, to...

Awesome progress. If I read correctly you are a student like I am, so eating right can be difficult. I just now got into meal replacements and they are great.

I guess in NC every day is hangover day! LOL! I am pretty good, wish i had a hangover too, but i dont think it will happen for a while. Why are you packing your dorm? Your done for the year? or moving to another place?
