Just getting back into staying in shape. I was very commited a few months ago but i let myslef get over worked with my job and didn't make time for fitness for about six months. Now it seems like i'm starting over.
Why I Love It:
I feel more alert, can handle more and is a great way to De-stress.
How I Stay Motivated:
I listen to music while i work out and think of how good it feels to be in good shape. I also love the way i use to look when i was dedicated to fitness and a healthy life style.And to show my children a healthy lifestyle.

awhile ago but also where i am noe. hve alot of work to do.
I don't train much anymore. Every once in a while, I will show up to a work out to make sure I don't lose the flick. I go to more jiu jitsu workouts than judo now. Just learning new things. Do you compete in any martial arts?
I do agree with you on health and overweight issue we have in western society. It's hard to believe that the doctors are saying that we will out live our own children due to lack of activity and food.
