Workout Program:
High intencity training 3 to 4 days per week. I usually do chest and tri's Monday, back and bi's Tuesday, and legs and shoulders Thursday. I then sometimes go in Fridays and hit chest again. I try to never do the same exercises for 2 consecutive wkouts. I include all kinds of shocking tech including drop sets, rest pause, 21's, and negatives. I use lots of mind muscle connection and focus, instead of on the weight.
