How I Started:
I have always been fit, however I had been without a gym and without motivation for quite a while. When I joined Fitworks and started working out again I realized just how fast my body can bounce back. It has inspired me to see just what I can do with it. Unfortunetly, I have a lot to learn!!

Goal (Long):
I don't have a particular wieght that I want to be, I'm a naturally skinny girl and I like having a petite frame. However, I do want to add more muscle to my legs to fight off chicken leg syndrome (it runs in my family!). I also have a deep abiding hatred for cardio that I am trying to overcome. If anyone has any suggestions on how to achieve that one, let me know!!
Well .. I could use some help here. Right now I am forcing myself to do a half hour of cardio i.e. torture, every day and I alternate legs and arms with a spattering of core workouts throughout the week.

welcome, best of luck adding some muscle, definately the right place to read and get all the info you need. Just work on those compound exercises that get many muscles working together should be a great start for you :)
What's up Indy. I actually recruit Financial Advisors in that city and I am from there. If you know of any advisors let me know I could use all the help I can get. It is a tough city to recruit in even for a Hoosier.
For your hate of cardio you should try swimming laps, its kinda like cardio i guess but sure beats treadmills, Also drinking 3-5 cups f green tea a day will raise your metabolism about 3%
