When I Started:
Oct, 2007
How I Started:
Basically I've been told all my life I was a little on the healthy side, but never paid much attention to it until now. I've always been in the 200's but with more muscle mass than fat, now I am 315 with a whole lot of gut! I am determined to get that flat belly I've always dreamed of.
Why I Love It:
It relieves stress and gives you a natural high.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing progress pictures on BB and painfully watching television and seeing guys older than me sporting a six pack.
I'm 32 years old and I'm not getting any younger. I would love to just start living a healthier lifestyle which consist of eating right and exercising daily. In 2 months I would like to lose about 20lbs. I also would to be able to fit in a 36-38 pants.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 115 lb

I am glad you are working to conquer again. I strongly suggest you give Body for Life a close look and see if that would be a routine you could follow for 12 weeks. I lost over 50 lbs during the 12 weeks I was following. Equally many, many of my clients have achieved great results working with the Body for Life program. Let me know if I can be of any assistance.

Hey there,
I too have fallen off the wagan. I gained ten pounds.
I left myspace, and I am trying to put my time to better use.
Blessings Brother, and much, much LUCK!!!
Thank you so very much for wishing Judi a Happy Birthday. She sure was surprised and after seeing all the congratulatory comments it didn’t take long for her to become emotional and cry tears of happiness. It couldn’t have come at a better time because she is experiencing some severe symptoms from her Lupus and has had to temporarily back off weightlifting which has caused her to feel (although she won’t admit it) a bit depressed. Your words helped cheer her up.
God bless you.
I just thought that I would drop you a line to tell you that my wife, and your friend (bodyspace: judimax) is having a birthday on Saturday April 5th and is turning 48. I think she looks fantastic for not only 48 but for any age, but then again I am biased. If you get a chance she would be surprised (and love it) if you would drop by and wish her a Happy Birthday.
I understand the ups & downs that you are experiencing as you work through your transformation. You are not alone in this and if there is anything that I can do to be of assistance feel free to get in touch. We can all use an extra person or two in our corner from time to time.
My wife and I know where you are coming from & believe that you can make your fitness dreams come true, probably sooner than you think. My wife (bodyspace name: judimax) went from size 12/14 to 4/6 and I lost over 50 lb’s and went from 36% to 10% bodyfat by following the 12 week Body for Life program. Push yourself, possibly out of your comfort zone and you will be amazed at the results and they will be well worth the effort. Give either of us a yell if you wish.
Hello. I do not have a MySpace anymore, however, I have been considering making a new one. Seems so time consuming though. What have you been doing lately diet and exercise wise? I would like to see you hanging out with me in this link: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/ showthread.php?t=6270741
Ke ep in touch more. Why waste a good year? Hussle.
Its that time again, for me to check on all my friends! How are you doing with your goals? I have been bringin SEXY back all by myself, even popped a few muscles out, lol, lost some inches and 4 pounds! Where you be at? If you need anything, maybe I can be helpful for you. Have a Great New Year! Juliet.
Congratulations on all that you have done to this point and the best of luck on all that you hope to accomplish in the future. What you have been able to do is no small feat and I wish you continued strength, focus and determination as you challenge yourself to reach new goals. All the best for ’08.
