My goal is to lose 50lbs of fat and to improve the muscle that I already have.
Goal (Long):
I just entered the MuscleTech Body Transformation Contest, so I am determined to transform my body from fat to solid muscle. I would love to win the money, but even if I don't; losing the weight and improving my health is a more important goal. I only have about 3 months until the competition is over, but hopefuly by the end I will have a smaller midsection, nice biceps, and thick quauds. I would like to be able to jog about 2 miles without stopping, do push-ups(I have a hard time doing one!) and finally take my shirt off!!! I hope I can stay motivated to complete my goal.
Thank you so very much for wishing Judi a Happy Birthday. She sure was surprised and after seeing all the congratulatory comments it didn’t take long for her to become emotional and cry tears of happiness. It couldn’t have come at a better time because she is experiencing some severe symptoms from her Lupus and has had to temporarily back off weightlifting which has caused her to feel (although she won’t admit it) a bit depressed. Your words helped cheer her up.
God bless you.
I just thought that I would drop you a line to tell you that my wife, and your friend (bodyspace: judimax) is having a birthday on Saturday April 5th and is turning 48. I think she looks fantastic for not only 48 but for any age, but then again I am biased. If you get a chance she would be surprised (and love it) if you would drop by and wish her a Happy Birthday.
I understand the ups & downs that you are experiencing as you work through your transformation. You are not alone in this and if there is anything that I can do to be of assistance feel free to get in touch. We can all use an extra person or two in our corner from time to time.
My wife and I know where you are coming from & believe that you can make your fitness dreams come true, probably sooner than you think. My wife (bodyspace name: judimax) went from size 12/14 to 4/6 and I lost over 50 lb’s and went from 36% to 10% bodyfat by following the 12 week Body for Life program. Push yourself, possibly out of your comfort zone and you will be amazed at the results and they will be well worth the effort. Give either of us a yell if you wish.
