Basic 10 sets of all around weights first 2 years. 2003 learned about split body part training. 2005 tried 3 body part per day with 48 hours rest. 2007 2 bodyparts per day on 3 day rotation.

194 lbs 20.21% bodyfat. My goal is around 180 lbs and 10% bodyfat
Gain strength, gain cardio muscular endurance, lose fat.
Goal (Long):
My goal is high intensity all 5 days of exercise. I am starting with high reps in 10-20, working down to 1-4 rep range and repeating the 1-4 range lift 2-3 times. I goalset by trying to get an extra rep or add 5 pounds the next week. I want to keep up with cardio - running or aerobics about 3-4 times a week with 15 min abs after with short rest. I want to lose about 10-15 pds of fat and gain 10 pounds of muscle. My goal weight is around 180 pds with 10% bodyfat.
