"Obstacles can't stop you. Problems can't stop you. Most of all, other people can't stop you. Only you can stop you. So why not just make it happen for YOU?"
I have always played sports in life and now I am working on building mass and triming my body fat. I am and have been training to run another marathon, however I want more muscle to show and do one show in my time.
Why I Love It:
The inner release I get and the way I feel and look after each session! Leg and Back days are awesome and the cardio I get from them is like no other.
How I Stay Motivated:
Think about my future and seeing results each day, no matter how small. The main reason I do this is for me and to be in great shape as I get older. I see others who walk the walk and I too have a pair of those shoes.
BB Accomplishments:
My arms are getting bigger, shoulders getting broader and the abs are starting to show. My legs and back have always been there, I just need to get the show muscles poping a bit and they are.
Obstacles can't stop you. Problems can't stop you. Most of all, other people can't stop you. Only you can stop you. So why not just make it happen for YOU?
Goal (Long):
My overall goal is to lose body fat and gain muscle. I can see a competition in my future one day and I ultimately want to live a healthier lifestyle for me. Since I began this journey, I grabbed the handle, opened the door and have NOT LOOKED BACK! I owe my will and drive to me but the underlying success goes to my trainer Rich for being there, showing up, motivating me and guiding me on my way to a new and improved me.

Life is exceptionally copasetic in my household right now and the gloomy days of snow, cold, ice and winter are no match for my determination to be in the best shape of my life. Hitting a milestone and making some very positive changes in life opens your eyes and awakens a deviant quest...
Yea you better get to it! And I dont want to hear any "I was out of town and couldn't lift" excuses. I went to the beach and kept up with my training, you can too....PUNK!
Those poor boys didnt know what to think when you spotted my boobs. I couldnt stop laughing. Oh my, I almost spit protein out of my nose. Ok, Sunday it is then.
You gonna update your stats or what? Haha. We need to get you some new progress pix as well with proper posing. Show up on a Sunday and we can take care of that.
Hey kid. How U doing? Bad news here..Had to have major eye surgery on left eye this Tuesday and not allowed to stay more than 10 minutes at a time on this machine. Give me a few days for the left eye to start to open and heal and I'll tell you all about it.....Andre
