Hello there.
No, not yet, but very soon, hopefully.
Over here, the license-tests are divided into two parts. I'll have the second part in a few weeks. (:
You have a good day, too.
wow thanks mate, Serge Nubret is probably one of the only pro bodybuilders whos physique I admire and strive to be like so that is a huge compliment thank you!!
I took the overall title at our WPF Provincials over the weekend. Pics are up. You can have a look and let me know what you think. I weighed in rock hard at 224.4lbs.
I also just started doing no-weight rotator cuff exercises at night. I'll work my way up to light weight...only 3 or 5 pounds...and see how I do with that. I got them off the Internet and can forward the link to you if you'd like.
Yes, I received your reply, thank you. I, too, did physical therapy AND went to a chiropractor...neither were any help whatsoever. I do find that SOMETIMES I can do on an decline bench what I can no longer do on a flat bench. Also, I am working on being able to do pushups again (a fave of mine). I'm starting w/ the girlie style (on my knees). So far, so good...as long as I don't overdo it.
I even stopped training ENTIRELY last summer (2008) for 3 MONTHS to give it a rest and time to heal but to no avail. Sometimes the pain flairs up even if I'm NOT training arms or shoulders that day. I can't do ANYTHING on a flat bench nor can I do any compound or twisting movements or raise my elbows high for upright rows. Sometimes the pain radiates into my neck, trap and even down my arm into my hand. Does this help you?
The ONLY thing that helps my pain is taking 2 Tylenol and 2 Advil. Although the doc didn't do an MRI, based on his assessment of a series of drills he put me thru, he said nothing was torn. I'm not so sure he's right. I believe my problem is either my rotator cuff or my long and short head bicep tendons (my guess is rotator cuff based on my research). It's time I go to a different doctor. The pain is both sharp and dull, constant and occassional.
Ok, about my shoulder...I initially injured it in Oct, 2007 bench pressing weight that was too heavy for me and for too many reps even tho it hurt to do so. In my ignorance, I thought I was building muscle. Not true. I, of course, was only doing damage. The pain was EXCRUCIATING for MONTHS. I finally went to the doctor for pain pills just so I could sleep at night as the pain would wake me. Even the TWO cortizone shots that he gave me didn't work.
Hi Guy. Thank you for stopping by my page. You asked a few questions about my shoulder injury. It may take several attempts at a complete answer. I could PM you but maybe others would want to read about it, I don't know. In any event, I will give you a complete answer in a bit.
