Goal (Long): I really want to bulk up but I dont want to be huge, just be muscular with ripped abs and good muscle, chest, and shoulder development. I also do not want to have chicken legs :)

Not that I am formally periodizing, but I decided to start a new routine... I am going to be doing Legs on Sunday, then a back/shoulder routine on Tuesday, then I hit the gym again on Thursday for a bicep/tricep workout.  Then its back to Chest on Saturday...

I also decided to add some...

Thanks. Stomach fat is stubborn. Hence my avatar title "gut buster". I pay my dues on the cardio and ab work, so I think with time it will lean out. Too bad we can't spot reduce, right?
