How I Started:
Wanted to gain weight, i started off at around 112lbs, so far ive gained about 50lbs and want to get up to atleast 170.
Why I Love It:
Keeps me busy and i actually have a lot of fun doing it and watching my body enhance as time goes on.
How I Stay Motivated:

What bicep workout has worked best for you?
i have been having a real hard time with my biceps lately, i can get them sore once in a blue moon, so if anyone has any advice, hook me up.

it was my first bulk and i started at 140-145. gains for me are pretty easy for some reason. guess im blessed like that.

awesome. i think that's my biggest mistake- not adding enough carbs. my last bulk cycle i gained about 30 pounds without protein shakes at all. gonna try to integrate some shakes this time. we'll see how it goes.
