Keep working, and you'll tone up. Get a good workout program and a good diet with lots of protein. Check out the articles in Body Building.com. Do lots of leg work. 36 isn't old, your in your prime! JIM

hi welcome to bodyspace. you have a good body to begin with so toning and adding muscle won't be that hard. just stick to a good diet and a high intensity workout. in the end, we are all here to help. All the best :-)
