When I Started:
Nov, 2005
How I Started:
I played sports throughout most of my life, football, lacrosse, rugby, but after I graduated from college, I stopped playing sports. I had always been overweight, but I had a decent base from playing sports. In December of 2004, I was down to 182, but couldnt even bench 135 I was so weak. My weight then ballooned up to 242 in January of 2006. I started eating more consciously and working out at least 3 times a week. My weight began to drop and my waist began to shrink. I loved it and just kept going.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling I get from it. The compliments I get from other people when they notice the difference in the way I look. I love how I feel emotionally after a good workout and after seeing the changes I have made.
How I Stay Motivated:
I keep a log of my lifts and my goals and look at them all the time. Mainly, I just will never let myself get back to where I was before.
Todays Affirmation: Constantly keep yourself headed in he right direction for you. It may not be easy at times, but in those times of struggle you will find a stronger sense of who you are.
Create a great day!!

There is no better example than a teacher in good shape.
Keep working hard, reach your goals and show it to the world, set the standard!
For the inner chest I do "flys" and yes they work.
