WORKED OUT OFF AND ON MOST OF MY ADULT LIFE. JUST STARTED A REGULAR LIFE STYLE CHANGE ABOUT NINE YEARS AGO. A FREIND TALKED ME INTO EARLY AM GOING TO THE GYM WORK OUTS. STILL GOING STRONG, GET UP AT 4:30 AM MONDAY - FRIDAY AND CAN'T GET ENOUGH OF IT.

How I Stay Motivated:
IT'S HARD TO DESCRIBE BUT I ENJOY WORKING OUT SO MUCH THAT I ALMOST CAN NOT WAIT TO GET UP MOST MORNINGS.

235 # today. was up to 260 5 months ago. Need to lower BF% and build more lean muscle. Need work on lats, upper chest, and Abbs!!

Goal (Long):
NEED TO LOWER MY BODYFAT BUT MAINTAIN MY PRESENT MUSCLE SIZE. TO ADD TO MY PRESENT SIZE AND STILL LOWER BF% WOULD BE AND EVEN HIGHER GOAL AND I WILL PERSUE THIS AT THE SAME TIME!

Try to do cardio 1-2 times a week
trying to push my self to do cardio on Sat & Sun this winter, never have done this but need to drop bf%
Then continue riding bike in warmer month on weekends

You lost 50 + lbs. Well that in itself is an accomplishment. The abs will come. When we get our 6pks..... we will have to celebrate! I'm slooooowly getting closer. But still, getting closer.
Hey RED! Lookin good! I'm impressed. Thanks for working so hard and being an inspration to people like me. I'm not too far behind you in age but just started the bodybuilding 1 yr. ago. Lost almost 60 lbs. but still have about 10 or 20 to go. Gotta flatten the tummy cause a 6pk is on my list of goals. Smile. You make me believe anything is possible. Thanks.
