When I Started:
Sep, 2003
How I Started:
I got slowly fatter as I got older. Result: 26%bf at the beginning of high school... I decided it was enough, but didn't know nothing about nutrition/training at that time so I simply stopped eating! I was eating maybe 1 meal or 2 everyday and my parents were kind of freaking out... I got so skinny I ended weighting in at 160 pounds at over 6'2"... it was time to do something with my body and I joined a gym. At first I was only lifting 3 months in the winter, thinking it was enough to build a "better" body. My bad I was wrong. It's only a few years later, when I entered college, that I started training 5x week... It was in september 2003. Time goes by so fast.
Why I Love It:
It helped immensely with my self esteem. I can't stress enough how great it feels now to see the punks who laughed and picked at me back in high school and look at them with a little smile...
