my goal is to have a very defined body. put on 10 lbs of muscle. but mostly defenition
Goal (Long):
i am right now at 180 lbs. i was 160 lbs when i started working out. i have gain muscle: but ' i have never been able to have a really cut body. also my middle section is the most stubborn part of my body.i will work as hard as i can to achieve this by my 30th birthday (mid november) i have started a new routine, as well as nutrition plan.
