I started lifting weights when I was about 8. Just a small dumbell. Always was interested in it.
I went through various stages, never lasted very long, and always stopped after a while.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling after working out. I like to think of my body as a temple - sounds corny, but I think people should respect the body they have been given.
I really like feeling healthy, in control, and just like to have goals to aim for.
How I Stay Motivated:
It's hard sometimes as my gym is really not that great. Good equipment, just not enough of it, and it's always busy. Really makes it hard sometimes to go, as I don't want to go when it's busy as I have to wait for ages as there is only one squat rack!
I stay motivated as I know I have always wanted to get bigger and love getting compliments on how I look muscle wise.
BB Accomplishments:
None (yet).

thanks...the pics i have up are about a year old...i'm more cut now but do not weigh quite as much... anyway traps have been a genetic gift for me. However, this worked for me:
Barbell Shrugs with straps (heavy) 10-15 reps
immediatly after with one plate in each hand shrugs (squeeze at the top and go slow)-til failure...
minute break repeat 3-4 times...
Hey RedRabbit...that was very sweet of you. Thanks…I really appreciate that. We have to keep taking one day at a time, never giving up, until we’ve reached our goals. I see you’ve had an interest in training at a very early age. Keep up the great work. You will accomplish so very much in the next year or so. :) T
Hi Redrabbit, thank you for a kind word and watching my vid. You're a good man and it's nice to know you a man like you. I wish you good luck on your quest of iron!! See you around, take care. ;) -Kaz
