Background
I started lifting weights when I was about 8. Just a small dumbell. I used to do about 50 DB curls a day! I went through various stages, never lasted very long, and always stopped after a while.
I love the feeling after working out. I like to think of my body as a temple - sounds corny, but I think people should respect the body they have been given. I really like feeling healthy, in control, and just like to have goals to aim for.
