Barbell curls
5 X 8,8,10,10,12

Standing Alternate DB Curls
5 X 8,8,10,10,12

Seated Alternate Decline Curls
4 X 8,8,10,10

One Arm DB Preacher Curls
4 X 8,8,10,10

That's it. Make sure to rest about 2 Minutes between each set and to not cheat too much....
