I have bad knees so I use too stay away from working them, but Ive found away to do it without them hurting so I plan to bring the mass out in them where they make my body in harmony!
Complete the ISSA CFT cert!
Continue to help others and show them how to reach there potential in the gym where they may want to keep fitness as a key in life.

motivates me even more! Helps me push out that last rep when im close to sure exhaustion! My gym partner is a great friend! awesome person in general! we can talk always and always puts a smile on my face! Im in afghanistan so my gym is only a tent but when im at home in the states i do the gym and at home
I'm doing great; happy to be a 'get it in' member. Being out here makes a real difference to me. When I get into a situation that I used to eat my way through, now I remember that I know lots of people who don't need to do that. Speaking of the kind of situation I would have eaten my way through, how are your plans going for leaving one place and returning to another?
Hey my man, how are ya? Yeh, screw the egg whites and chicken breasts on thanksgiving, I'm diggin into some turkey, mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, gravy, banana bread, some pies, and apple crisp! LOL!
well good luck with the cardio routine, hopefully you do it twice a day while you are on leave, it will definately get you ready for your upcoming competition. Getting a house in Hood, might be harder than you think but it is good that you are on it now, I have to do the same thing when I get to Missouri, so good luck to the both of us.
