Goal (Long):
Keep pushing to get to my goal weight! I have bad knees so I use too stay away from working them, but Ive found away to do it without them hurting so I plan to bring the mass out in them where they make my body in harmony! Complete the ISSA CFT cert! Continue to help others and show them how to reach there potential in the gym where they may want to keep fitness as a key in life. Compete someday in the future.

When I get into a situation that I used to eat my way through, now I remember that I know lots of people who don't need to do that. well good luck with the cardio routine, hopefully you do it twice a day while you are on leave, it will definately get you ready for your upcoming competition. Getting a house in Hood, might be harder than you think but it is good that you are on it now, I have to do the same thing when I get to Missouri, so good luck to the both of us. I am still on my break until maybe next week so I haven't been doing s_ _ t!!!!!
