Keep pushing to get to my goal weight!
I have bad knees so I use too stay away from working them, but Ive found away to do it without them hurting so I plan to bring the mass out in them where they make my body in harmony!
Complete the ISSA CFT cert!
Continue to help others and show them how to reach there potential in the gym where they may want to keep fitness as a key in life.

Thats what i am trying to do now.. i dropped down and lost alot of bBBF, now im trying to pack on muscle and kep the BF down, its almost impossbile. i cant see how these dudes on this site are doing it. frustrating as hell..

yea that's what i figured too. usually i do squats first then leg press and don't really have that issue with my knees. lol honestly i don't even know where to get the knee wraps from to be honest. guess i gotta look around for them. do they really help though?
lol yea man. tryin to keep up wit you... you got the pic to prove it too. lol. lately though i've been startin to notice a pain in my knees though, especially last week when i started with leg press to try to switch up. big mistake as it turns out.
