How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated throught my family history of diabetes and high blood pressure... wanna stay healthy so i may change that family history! also use the community to motivate me to help motivate them to also try to make the changes in their lives to slow diabetes down and other complicatons that it poses on Native American communities.
