How I Started:
Originally (10 years ago) I lifted since it was required for baseball. But that was required fitness and not for my own satisfaction. I found this site a couple months ago and regained the drive.
Why I Love It:
I love to see positive changes in my body composition as well as strength gains. The added confidence is unreal.
How I Stay Motivated:
My wife and the mirror. Honorable mention goes to my family.
BB Accomplishments:
No major bodybuilding accomplishments... just small changes over time.

I want to do what everybody wants to do: lose fat and gain muscle. A general body overhaul.
Goal (Long):
I would ultimately like to settle around 180 pounds and 8% BF. I'm curious to see what this translates to with my body type. I have always been a real hard gainer when it comes to my pecs. Everything else seems to develop much faster, so I'd like to see them come to life. I hope to have low enough bodyfat to see my abs in the next 6 weeks, and long term I want to bench 325+.
EZ Bar curls. By far my favorite bicep workout. I have to be careful because if I do these with good form and a challenging weight, I am shot for the rest of back and bicep day.

What tricep workout has worked best for you?
Weighted dips. This is the only tricep workout that I have consistently used, and I like them. However, my long head is greatly lacking.
