Why? What are the pros and cons of working out there?
I workout at the gym my job provides me with. Its nice because I dont have to pay to workout there and I usually see a lot of friends there too. A con of that is im at work when im working out.

Ill drink those ever so popular energy drinks but I have a thing about them they have to be low or no carb ones. I do drink those endorushes from time to time but i never drink them to help me in the gym. What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
My nutrition plan pretty much consist of consuming most of my suger intake in the mornings along with carbs. Depending on whats in stored for the day I may consume some carbs at lunch but never after that. I dont drink sodas they are products of the devil. I try and eat as much chicken as I can the only meat i try and stay away from is pork. I also like to double up on my green veggie servings at lunch and dinner times. Ive never really been a big fan of sweets so it makes it that much easier for me not to eat things of that nature. When I do snack in between meals i usually will eat protien bars of breakfast bars that are low in carbs. I also will drink energy drinks but they have to be low or no carb ones.
