I have already lost 85lbs.Now I am trying to get my body fat down.Then work on building muscle.I would like big arms,chest,and nice 6-pack!I have been chunky or fat most of my life.I started out at 275lbs and now I am down to 195lbs.I feel alot better.I also have 2 kids that look up to me and I want to set a good example for them.

Today was pretty good. I worked my back real hard..it's still burning 6 hours later! Tomorrow I am doing some circuit training and hit everything else.
