Wanted to life a healthier lifestyle and began weightlifting in 2004. It took me years of trial and error to learn better lifting techniques and nutritional requirements.
Why I Love It:
It clears my mind and the "rush" after the workout is an awesome feeling.

same here man, in 6 weeks i'll determine as to where or not to compete in the nationals! i'll look way improved on my next outing. right now im 195 and in 6 weeks i hope to be at least 205 plus...of solid muscle! hope you had a good 4th, heading to roseville and hit hams & calves this afternoon

i cant rip it up no prob...size i'll still wont have the advantage BUT i have small joints and short muscles lol so i can look like im massive on stage. i'll know forsure in 8 weeks, hopefully by then i'll be 15lbs heavier!
