Wanted to life a healthier lifestyle and began weightlifting in 2004. It took me years of trial and error to learn better lifting techniques and nutritional requirements.
Why I Love It:

I apologize for not posting our updating stats for past few weeks but I have had alot going on in my life outside of the gym. Me and my lifting buddy (DayxDay) have been plugging away with Lean Bulking after spending the summer cutting on the UD 2.0 diet.

lol thats after a cheat meal week...thats not actual fat or muscle loss, more like water and food trapped in the bod. no worries, even with my new injury i'll get growing like a effin weed bro
same here man, in 6 weeks i'll determine as to where or not to compete in the nationals! i'll look way improved on my next outing. right now im 195 and in 6 weeks i hope to be at least 205 plus...of solid muscle!

i cant rip it up no prob...size i'll still wont have the advantage BUT i have small joints and short muscles lol so i can look like im massive on stage. i'll know forsure in 8 weeks, hopefully by then i'll be 15lbs heavier!
