Goal (Long):
Whatever I gain now, greatly improves my physique, you can really see it. I've reached the point where adding more mass will make me look bigger. I still like to be bigger, but don't want to over do it. Maybe it's best if I lose some fat, and see where I stand exactly, so that I can make up my mind from there. I do want to have a more active life, and would like to combine BB with other sports, so I think I'll have to compromise. I'm starting to get too heavy to be very competitive in my other sports.

How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?

 I'm training again. I fear I'm getting slightly addicted. But can you blame a guy for looking good and wanting to look even better? Better stop before I get overtrained it was supposed to be my day off. Now let's finish by doing abs, you can never do enough of those :)
