To get back into shape to compete as a professional again after having elbow surgery 3 weeks ago.
Goal (Long):
Become the best that I can after turning 38 in 2 weeks. To compete against the "kids" and without making a fool out of myself. And to flat out tell people that I can still compete at the top level after being off for a year and half.
Elbow surgery has had me out of service for a couple of weeks now. The pain is gone but the swelling is not for some reason. One more dr's visit to have it drained and then it's time to get back on it, and get on it hard. I'm tired of looking like a big guy with no definition. It's time...
I know most of us were unhappy with the event as a whole. You looked solid as hell up on stage, just had some tough guys against you. I'm sure you will change your mind later on. I know I am just trying to get my mind around 8 more weeks of dieting. I'll be in touch, take er easy brother.
Awesome Awesome!!! June what?? I am competing in Pro Qualifier in Chiacago June 19-20th... maybe some of your "pro" luck will rub off on me!(I know its not luck though!)
IF YOU DONT COME IN OVER TWO HUNDRED THIS YEAR U MIGHT HAVE TROUBLE WITH A COUPLE PEOPLE. ONCE (I) WIN ur PRO CARD THIS YEAR, i'll let u borrow it on the weekends to show your friends. GOOD LUCK ON YOUR DIET AND I MADE U SOME BROWNIES AND PIZZA TO EAT
Whats up brother? Hows training going? What comps are you looking to do this year? If OCB in Sept. falls in your schedule again I'll see ya there. I hope to aim for the IN Nat. as my first show this this year and maybe a couple after that. Take it easy big guy.
Last saturday rock, you're looking mighty fierce! Anymore shows in planning? I may do an NPC this June, but that's far enuf off to gimme some bulkin' time! WOO! My friend is wanting to be a fireman at Indy, is that were you work? Nothing wrong w/ a fireman that's a bodybuilder, you need to post some pics of you in ur gear :) hahah j/k.
Dude, you looked awesome on Saturday. Didn't have a chance to talk, but I'm very impressed by your work and your backstage demeanor. Glad I didn't have to go up against YOU!
