Background
I had the Roux en y gastric bypass on 7/7/11 and have lost some weight so now I want to lose more weight and build lots of muscle. I haven't had any weight loss since Dec 2011 but I've seen my muscles changing. I can't follow a normal diet of a body builder since I can only eat about a cup of food per meal. I'm not sure if this is hindering me. All my food stats are good for protein, carbs and fat and I'm still lacking weight loss results. At this point I'm frustrated but I'm not stopping. I know I'm doing everything right, I'm just waiting to see the results.
Since I started working out I feel much stronger and I have more energy. Mentally it's easier to get myself out of a funk. I'm so proud of myself and sticking to my current program since I've never been an athlete of any kind, never liked the gym or exercising for that matter. But it does make me feel good inside and out.
