i wanna be massive freak although i have gained a lot in legs ,they are gift ,my frends are still squatting 6 sets and getting no results ,same achivement i have to show in chest..itz ma weak part.

just make sure you warm up good, use strict form, and breath right...deadlifts can be a very dangerous exercise if you mess up on something even as small as breathin, so make sure you pay attention to every little detail
I went for the 1200 rs one.I took two scoops everyday after workout....But have to workout like a crazy ****er...You'll see that your bodyparts will increase by 1 and a half inch in a month
Hi red. Thanks for the rep. You've got the right attitude. That's the biggest battle. All the guys who piss around with baby weights for high reps, burn, pump or whatever stay small and weak. You sure won't. Will be looking out for your progress.
whats up bro, i usually do a split between 40min of moderate and 20-30min. hiit cardio alternating every other day for 5 days out of the wk... try let me no how it works for ya..till then lets get it..muscle and leaness

yea i dont eat meat every day eather. my favorit is dairy products like , milk, cheese, yogurt, all that good stuff, and its all got calcium and that helps, cause you bones grow wen you lift heavy weights alot.
i havent heard anything like that about raw eggs except i did hear they give you grey hair early, but lots of pros have eatin raw eggs..
so you guys have no meat at all there, or is it religon not to eat any?
