My journey is over, now i m back, today i trained mine back and mine deads re improving amazingly and i can c good change in mine back muscles.

yea i dont eat meat every day eather. my favorit is dairy products like , milk, cheese, yogurt, all that good stuff, and its all got calcium and that helps, cause you bones grow wen you lift heavy weights alot. May 28, 2007 1:04pm
