allways been the slim type as i got older i wanted to change my image and it in turn caused me to change my life style as well as my major.
Why I Love It:
it pushes me to be more in life,finding time to work hard at one goal cares over into other goals. it has help me become a better person all around Mind,Body,Spirit.
How I Stay Motivated:
Future Fitness Model, my life time goal is to be on the cover of Maximum Fitness or any Fitness Mag. and or to be able to do some Fintess Modeling but ill settle for just looking better and weighing more.
What mistakes did you make when you first started working out?

running/swiming partner, mike co worker from work, friend that got me into running

What type of outfit do you usually wear when you workout? Why?
shorts/tank top or cut off shirt, lots of adidas wear.

their going to open a new UFC gym around were i live in concord CA i guess UFc gyms was started by so GM at 24hr fitness... cant wate to check it out...

Yeah man you too. It's tough trying to eat as much as we need to eat to stay healthy but to pack on that muscle. Keep working hard too, with you fitness and your nutrition.
