How I Started:
I've always been athletic, played every sport possible. Have modeled in the past but have let myself go the past 4 years but getting back on track now! Trying to radically transform my body in 2 months!! I'm finally fed up with myself and need to take time out for me!
Why I Love It:
It feels good when your finished, and I love how muscles look, its art to me and I admire the hard work and dedication it takes to look that good!

looking a pictures of Jamie Eason, Maggie Diabaldo, Diana Chaloux, Ava Cowan, etc.... helps alot

The first day back for me I hope is the toughest.  Back in the gym after letting yourself go... is the toughest... loving the rush of working out again but hating the feeling of looking in the mirrors wondering "How'd I let it go so far!?!"  But I guess you go through everything for...

You just don't give up...I started 6 months ago......56 lbs later.....I feel great about me....and still going.........Give HIIT training a try with proper diet....works for me
