Why I Love It:
The rush that lifting gives me. The atmosphere of being in a gym. The challenge of seeing results but never being satisfied. Working out feels amazing and is like a treat for my body, if I don't workout my body responds appropriately. I love being in shape and competing against myself to keep progressing above and beyond I ever thought possible; and slowly but surely that is beginning to happen.
How I Stay Motivated:
My profession doesn't allow me to become unmotivated. It would be a risk to myself and others to not be in the best shape I can be. I see other people, both in shape and not, and both inspire me. If I see someone that is out of shape I am inspired to never allow myself to look like them; and when I see someone in better shape than myself, I work to look more like that person.

I've noticed a slight difference between my right and left arm. My left arm is ever so slightly bigger and being a perfectionist, it's driving me nuts. Has anyone heard of or know of any information regarding the use of iPod armbands? I wear mine on my right arm and was just curious if that...
