38 years old, marriage, 2 kids, work, junk food all the time, especially at night while watcing TV. But this photo and this fat guy will be gone real soon. My next photo is at 12 weeks, or April 13, 2008. Hint: I am down 27 pounds already from this photo!!

I have come a long way, but still a long way to go. Going to bring my carbs back up a bit and go heavier in my w/o's. I figure about 1 -2 months away from abs and a harder body. I can not complain though, I feel so much better than I did.

Chest blown up pretty good for the low carbs i have been on past few days, noticed I ticked up to 206, maybe the Vitrix kicking up T - level and holding some water? Have been on it for a week and still hitting over 300 grams of protein a day.

I am kinda satisfied with the size, just need more cuts. The Vitrix and 11-OXO may be causing some water retention as i am at 207 now.

Yes it is a devil dog, but I am not a Marine, just what I thought was a cool tat 20 years ago when I got inked up. Still love the tat, and much respect to all our guys and gals in all services. You guys and gals kick ass!

Not going to look good until more cuts, but I am torn between continuing to cut and tryng to put on some size. Guess I will let my body dictate. I have dropped over 40 pounds of fat since December, and love how I feel, but have this psychological fear of dropping under 200 pounds, even though I want more cuts. makes me normal or weird or both I guess, lol.

Need moe size and cuts. Why turtles one might ask. Funny answer, Seinfeld episode regarding the "swimming pool affect", LOL. Second, my wife was a DZ at USC. And third, they are just comfortable and I thought they were cool looking.

Pretty happy with this shot, just had dinner an hour ago, salad, pork chop grilled and an ear of corn grilled with ice water to drink. This picture is "cold", no pump or post w/o, so thought it was decent shot. Still working on abs.

This is post chest w/o also. Lighting is different for some reason. Maxed out for 2 reps at 255 on incline BB for 2 sets, was happy with that for now.

More veins, upper pecs must have gotten a little p

Doing chest tomorrow night. I really like inclines as I think the upper chest can give so much fullness to the pec.

My calves are coming in around 17 1/4" standing relaxed. My calves have always grown easy.

Using BSN products: CELLMASS, NO-EXPLODE, TRUEMASS, and SYNTHA-6. Also using Animal Paks, Arginine Powder, 7-10 grams a day, and my oils, both fish and flax. Still need to bump my carbs and protein, but work has been crazy and I have skipped a few meals. But, my strength is going up, back to 80# d-bells on incline for reps.

I see more def coming out in my traps and more veins showing up. Am getting stronger even though carbs are low. Startying back on CELLMASS in a few weeks.

40 lbs difference. Have other pics from when I was 245 and as high as 265. But I am fairly happy with the changes. This after pic is bloated from a 4k food day and start of MT50k challenge.

Have now put on around 7 lbs in last 2 weeks since I started MT50k. I am sure the creatine is part of the weight gain. Strength going back up. Repped 95 lb db's on incline press for 3, and that was after I started at 50, then 75, 85, then 95 to max. Started and finished with heavy flies, seated. Super sets of front raises in between.

Have put on 10 lbs in 3 weeks as of tomorrow. In week 3 of 12 of MT Challenge. Strength is up a lot and feel like I am thickening up in the back. Have gained a little BF, but clothes still fit good, still in my 34 jeans.
