Overall Goal: Feel good and full being back on the Gaspari Superpump 250 and Gaspari SizeOn. Love the heavy compound w/o scheme I started this week. Time to get some size on baby!
Fit Status:
Back on some carbs and creatine. Feel like I could choke King Kong out right now. Bring 'em on baby!
Started working out when I was playing in a street hockey league while living in Atlanta. Played for 6 years in MASHA aka Metropolitan Atlanta Street Hockey Association, so and kept myself in great shape thru the w/o's and hockey. I was in my early 20's so nutrition did not matter, I just ate.
Why I Love It:
I love the pump from a good w/o! I love knowing it takes discipline to maintain a clean diet and to keep on training, even when you don't feel like it. And the cool part is, you usually feel better post w/o than you did going in. I love feeling strong and healthy.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by looking at that pic from January 13, 2008, my first real before pic. I had already lost a few pounds, maybe 10 or so, but it is a world away from where I am now. I love the fact that I can see the muscles working thru my skin, and it drives me to work harder.
BB Accomplishments:
Tampa Bay Natural 1999 - My first and only contest. I did not place, but was proud to have gotten in shape enough to go on stage. I was working in Aruba for last 4 months before the show, and the physical work 6 days a week, plus lack of good diet and training hurt me.

Goal (Long):
Very happy to be where I am physically at 40 years of age now. Looking foward to gaining size and losing fat over next 5 months. I would like to be in the 190-195 range at 7-8%BF by December. I don't care what my bench is, as long as my chest is big and full! I want my arms to look like the Jaws of Life! Using Gaspari Superpump 250 and SizeOn and ON Protein to get there, bcaa's, glutamine, arginine, flax seed oil, along with my whole foods, i.e chicken, skirt steak, brown rice, oatmeal, egg whites, veggies, berries and cheat days, which are usually pizza or Mexican, woohoo!
What is there to say about why this man inspires, just look at him. Man to be in that kind of shape! He is a huge inspiration. Keep up the great work and good health to you!

Going to put a chest shot together from December 2008 and the one I just posted this week to compare difference. The location is different and lighting is a little different, but it is close enough. I see the difference, hope others will too! Next is to do some back shots and legs. ...

You need the lean mass to feed your body. I take 3 scoops a day. superpump to train insane. Size on to grow. Lean mass for the extra nutrition I can't eat that many meals 6 meals and 2 lean mass meals make 8 meals a day. I want to be 220-230 lean.
excellent I am taking superpump 250 and size on as well as real mass. Take the real mass also and you will grow every 3 days. I am loving it. I was 200lbs going to be 215 soon. stay in touch. what did you train today?
