Around a full month of what I THOUGHT was a proper bulk diet and supplementation. I was still really thin and scrawny. Skinny fat for sure.
|
Actually seeing some lines in the quads, a few lines in the abs, the love handles are preventing a nice V-taper, but that will change after a cut.

Taken around 11 PM, so it might be a little less dry than in the morning. Biceps are really starting to peak and separate. Abs still have a faint outline, so they're growing!
