Front Double Biceps - 183 206.5 lbs, 9.7% BF
Around a full month of what I THOUGHT was a proper bulk diet and supplementation. I was still really thin and scrawny. Skinny fat for sure.
Actually seeing some lines in the quads, a few lines in the abs, the love handles are preventing a nice V-taper, but that will change after a cut.

This was my first attempt at an ACTUAL front double bicep. They really pop when you go through the whole pose!

8 AM...tired as hell...felt like I could've posed better. after a month or so of bulk. Six pack is fading, but still more visible than it was back in February.

Taken around 11 PM, so it might be a little less dry than in the morning. Biceps are really starting to peak and separate. Abs still have a faint outline, so they're growing!
