Eh, it's been kind of erratic lately. School wound down, I've had a couple of injuries bothering me. I'm taking a couple of weeks off from weights, but will still do some circuit training every other day. How bout you?

I think that a big part of why I'm finally up over 200 is that I really started eating. I'm pushing 3,900 calories every day. I said bye bye to my abs for a while and just focused on eating enough for my body to grow. My shakes right now are really simple: 1 cup milk, 1.5 scoops protein, and 2 cups oats blended with some water. It's ~60g pro, ~80g carb, and 10g fat.

Right now my pre-wo is looking like: 3g Beta-Alanine, 3g Arginine, 3g Citrulline Malate, 250mg GABA, 2g Taurine, 200mg Caffeine, and 2g CEE. Mixed my Crystal Light. It's a work in progress, but it definitely works for pumps and energy!

MyoFusion or Dymatize Elite (switching to an iso in a couple months due to GI issues), my own pre-wo that's very similar to White Flood, Fish Oil, creatine, and Opti-Men. I'm not into the PH thing, so I keep it fairly basic! What about you?

Eh, had a rough week here. Lots of stress factors bringing me down, and a massive knot in my shoulder kept me from doing my full workout on Friday. This week will be MUCH better; lots less stress! I should hit 200+ lbs this week, which will be a personal best! How's everything going across the pond?

Haha, yeah. I definitely miss my six pack. I loaned my camera out for a little while, but I got it back tonight and was thinking about taking some new pics tonight or tomorrow. We shall see! We've gotta get you up above 190!! How much are you taking in as far as protein right now?
