VillainChien Yo, Red. Ha ha ha ha. I assume your body weight should read "217" and not "117"? ;-) Anyway, wow. I honestly didn't know you had it in you. Your mass is admirable and your body fat stays low. I just hit 199 lbs but I'm at 25% body fat. Kris Gethin's program I think is going to do me well, but I'm still worried about losing mass. aarongay I would love to do the Heartland again and show up leaner, but my fiance and I will just be getting out of school and starting work so I think I'm gonna shoot for the Central Oklahoma Championships in Edmond in August instead.
