I got my start working on my family's farm and playing football and wrestling in high school. But I have put on some weight the last two years in the military, so I am working it off now.

Still deployed got 4 months to go. I work out as much as I can but the food here isn't the greatest so i rely on protein shakes and tuns most of the time.
I'm making some huge progress actually, I've lost 10 pounds and I'm putting on muscle and strenght as well. Thanks for the encouragement and saying hi. Keep safe and I hope you have a great week!!

My training is going well, it's just my diet that sucks, I'm struggling and getting fed up with eating "healthy and portioned sized" meals..it's tough and expensive!
Well I got a C and that's fine with me, I busted my butt but that class was soo hard. My 2 mile walk was good the other day, I'm taking classes at USF now so I had to walk all over campus to my classes, lots of walking and stairs lol! Hoping to get a run in tomorrow night after I get off work....weather permitting.

I'm good, thank goodness my summer class is over with. During the past 7 weeks I haven't had much time to train with trying to cram a 7-week course into my head lol, Biology II. Anyway, I'm going back into it this week, went on a walk down a trail today..guessing 2 miles or so. I've got a plan to jump start back into my training mode and get ready for classes on the 25th at the University of South Florida.
