What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
Lifting to heavy and doing the exercise wrong.

You know it...making some major gains and getting stonger...now culing 50lb easy bar 3 sets of 10-12 and calf raising 180lbs...Abs are now showing due to my clean diet i think..lol Hows things....any accomplishments this week????
