Bench 200lbs for reps, enhance my definition in my legs, and cut bodyfat
Goal (Long):
Develop an athletic body. Not one where I just have size, but I want size with purpose. I want to be in shape to run my first triathalon and marathon in 2009.
I focus mostly on distance with a mix of some track and sprint/pace workouts thrown in.

What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?
Running. You can do it so many different ways, trails, track, city... You can always tailor it to how you are feeling for that day and constantly set goals.
Now that I've been back in the gym for these first 3 weeks, I'm almost glad that I took such a long break. In a way, it's allowed me to step back and kind of start fresh. I didn't go straight back to my old routine but took a step back, looked at where I thought I needed to improve most, and...
