How I Started: Just played a bunch of high school sports and then wanted to stay in shape once I graduated.
Why I Love It: I like to just be in shape. I want to be able to say "yeah, I can do that" to just about any physical challenge.
How I Stay Motivated: Working out just feels good. I like being able to see and feel the progress I'm making.

Main Goal: Improve For A Sport
Goal (Short): Bench 200lbs for reps, enhance my definition in my legs, and cut bodyfat
Goal (Long): Develop an athletic body. Not one where I just have size, but I want size with purpose. I want to be in shape to run my first triathalon and marathon in 2009.

I focus mostly on distance with a mix of some track and sprint/pace workouts thrown in.

Running. You can do it so many different ways, trails, track, city... You can always tailor it to how you are feeling for that day and constantly set goals.
