i'm not very happy with my abs. i want to lose a little more fat off of my mid-section. i feel after i accomplish this i should be on my way to getting into competition.

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
12-15 when I'm doing my endurance lifting, and about 8-12 when i go heavy.

How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
I rest about 15-45 secs. i like to push myself and i found after training with less rest, when you do decide to train with rest you are stronger.
